My buddy has a Y2KV in metallic black (i think), and its in damn near mint condition..He wants to sell it, probably on ebay, and he wants an approximation of how much he could get for it...any help would be appreciated.

$1000-$1200 would be fair.
I have seen many Metalic Black ones and less with Natural and Graphics and these go higher.

Maybe $1200-1400.
Natural one went around $1500.
It is one of the most popular color because Mustaine was also using the same color and it looks nice.Comment

No, if you look at it and compare Dave's Y2KV and the standard Y2KV, you'll notice that the wings don't extend as steeply. Dave's Y2KV thus has more wood behind the bridge pick up for the floyd.Comment
