I think not.
Besides it was a Dave Mustaine model, I think one of the reasons they stopped making these is because the body shape was Gibson.

I don't think so.
Then it will be the same question if there would be a Firebird or Explorer.
Even this is a custom shop order, if it is something another brand owns the shapes, Jackson is not able to build that anymore.

Why don't we ask one of the dealers and see if Jackson is still able to build Y2KV or not.

About Rhoads and King V,If Jackson is still selling these, that proves Rhoads and King V are Jackson's.

ESP has built tons of ripped off guitars that I don't even know why Jackson is letting them to do so.
Still ESP versions of guitars look like sh1t though.
IMO.

I don't know about Dean.
Dean was already making V shape guitars back in late 70's with Dean's headshape while Y2KV did have Gibson type headstock and body shape.
Only the big differences were neck thru, ebony with sharkfins and 24frets.

FMIC has put their collective foot down about any requests for "Gibson-STYLED" shapes. I'm afraid the Y2KV falls into that category as well, because it was closer to Gibson V in shape. No more Explorers, and Firebirds either
