• SL1 Granite?

I was at the local Guitar Center and saw a 88' SL1 in Granite. Is this an actual finish? Or did the previous owner do this?

It was sorta textured and had like beveled/cut out cracks in it. IMO it was fugly. They still wanted $800 fot it aswell.

It's real. I had a bolt on with reverse headstock and there are also others in the gallery.

It is indeed true. I've seen an RR Pro in granite finish.
You took too much, man. Too much. Too much.

Have any left you want to sell. Can't blame me for trying. I think that is a sweet finish.

Here's DM's reverse-head lounging happily in its new home:

Catapultam habeo. Nisi pecuniam omnem mihi dabis, ad caput tuum saxum immane mittam!

yep thats what I saw. It was $800 used at Guitar Center here in Santa Clara CA. I believe it was a 2 single coil and 1 hum config.

Thanks dude.... I found it earlier and striked a deal with them. There sending it to me. I owe you one. I've been looking for this since I was 18.

San Jose, right? I spoke to the dept manager, I have his name somewhere.

That would be a pretty good idea.... List whats at are local stores somewhere in the forum.

That is weird. I went there, had that guitar on hold, played it for about an hour, and was going to purchase it for a JCF member, but when I came back to take pics, they guitar was gone.
