Chuck Levin's Washington Music Center is in Maryland and is awesome. They've got really good prices and great service, and the people who work there are experienced dudes who have been in the industry for years.

Try Victor Litz in Gaithersburg, MD. I've bought a couple of Jacksons there. They have both Jackson USA and import Jacksons at good prices.
