Well I just got the Copperhead so can't speak to it much. But my experience is the SL2H's tend to sound very similar (if left stock). To me this is a good thing because I use them live and so consistency is good. When I want a different tone I bust out my Charvel San Dimas Bullseye or one of my old Kramers.
The SL2H's just have such a great tone and yet are flexible enough that I can use them live for a lot of different rock sounds (we play originals, AC/DC, GnR, Metallica, AIC, etc).
Man I love that copperhead... Seriously if I had the coin right now I would pull the trigger on that guitar.. Ah well my Chlorine is landing soon enough but that is a sweet soloist
