THATS SWEET good luck with it, ive also looked at it many times thinking if it had a serial# it would be on its way here, oh well. whats up with the fact it has a cover for the toggle but not the pot or truss rod? i mean if you were an employee & you took the time to logo it wouldnt you put a truss rod cover on it, its a generic peice not like you have to cut a custom one to fit.

BTW if your selling the black ESP firebird.....im interested.

James - I dont know why the covers were never drilled.... maybe that is how the maker liked it.... Hey - Your SD back plate went out yesterday. you should have it today maybe....

I actually have 2 black ESP's. One was Scott's and the other one was an endorser guitar. It has EMG's in it. I am thinking of selling one of my green ones though. I have 4 with Humbuckers (2 Black / one red / one green) and one with minibuckers in it. I would sell the minibucker green one.... $650 would pry that one away from me. They really went up in value judging by ebay. I have not seen one sell less than $800 - Let me know if you are intersted in it.

Ah right. I've been looking for a decent ESP Explorer for ages now. Importing an MX 250 is quite expensive. :S

Thanks Toru. I was thinking of grabbing it when I got the Firebird but held off. Could not resist. Had to have it. I hope it lives up to all the hype. I think it will in spades though!

Oh yeah, it does in fact have a number stamped at the end of the fretboard. It is an odd number though.... I am certain it is an employee built guitar for sure after talking with Neal about it. I would not have pulled the trigger if I wan not certain it was legit.
