They weren't routed for a trem cover on the productions. This was the one mistake we made on the bullseyes by not specifying no recessed trem cover ..

it is a little tighter in the radius of the routing, especially at the smaller end...here are 3 pics taken from the same angle for comparison..

I just sent a couple photos to you. I tried to post them, but I can't get a host to work right now. Feel free to post the pics I sent if you want.

The white Chandler I sent you seems to have a larger radius for the screws than the one you posted. I will check my black Chandler when it comes home from the guitar kennel.

Xeno, No bad at all.

After doing this fo a few years you start to see the paterns. Early Dimarzio bodies were Charvel made. Charvel made parts that were resold by Dimarzio and a few others..

Early Chandlers had a an exact San Dimas Cavity.

Later Dimarzio and Chandlers are no longer identicalk to Charvel but very similar to each other if not exactly the same...

This body (Jackson) and the Chandler above look the same but are different from the other Chandler and Dimarzio. Some cross over between dimarzio and Chandler?
