OnlineStageGear?

Hey, guys. I have been working all summer and been saving up my money and I finally got the money for a USA Jackson. I was considering ordering from OnlineStageGear because thier prices are the lowest I see. Are they good? Has anybody from here ever ordered a Jackson from them? And do they setup the guitars like drumcityguitarland?

setup is a very personal thing, i have never gotten a guitar that i didn't set up to what i wanted...matt is held in very high regard around here as a great person to deal with...plus you have the added plus that he's a member of this forum so you can speak with him pretty regularly...d.m.

Dude i know that feeling. I just went through it this past summer. Is the guitar going to be worth all that hard work? Im saying yes. I havent even gotten my y2kv i worked like all summer for. parting with $1300 wasnt easy. Mine is supposed to be here like in 2 weeks. I cant wait. What model are you interested in?

The Jackson factory setup is probably about the best in the business. String heigh is a matter of personal taste.

You can't possibly go wrong with Matt at OnlineStageGear. I've been around here for about a year now and his reputation is absolute gold.

I've not ordered anything from Matt but he's a stand up guy. I've not heard anything bad about him or the service he renders. As for setup, it's really a personal thing. I would almost wait until you get the guitar and if you don't like the way it's setup, take it to a local tech and have him do it. This way when your tech is done, you can try it and if your not happy, it much easier to have your tech adjust things rather than sending it back to Matt. Plus, climate has a big effect on your setup. Matt can make it the best playing guitar from where he stands but when you get it the guitar may play for sh$t.

I would really recommend Matt @ Onlinestagegear. When I ordered my KE2 he was very helpful and you can't complain at his prices. They are the cheapest you'll find

I got my very first Jackson(KV4) from Matt and gotten him to set the baby up with 10s and they play like wonders.
