SL1 and SL2H pickup questions

Hey guys, I'm thinking about upgrading from my current SL3 to either an SL1 or an SL2H. I'm basically into shreddy power metal (but I do go jam with some blues guys once in awhile so a little versatility would be nice), playing straight through a Soldano combo. Since the only difference between the guitars is neck pickup, that's what I'm wondering about...

How do the Classic Stacks compare to the Hot Rails of my SL3 and to the Jazz of the SL2H? Thanks!

SL2H is great.
Classic stacks are not high output as single sized hum or Jazz.
So if you like your SL3, then the best way is to get the SL1 and change the neck pickup with hotrail.
Or you can also go with SL2H but I thought SL2H's neck pickup is 59, not Jazz.

Oops it is the 59, you're right. I guess my new question is:

Classic Stacks vs. '59: What's the difference?

I'm considering putting an EMG-Afterburner in the place of the tone pot so output is not the main issue, tone difference is.
