Tobacco Sunburst Color

Has anyone noticed you rarely see or hear about a USA Jackson in Tobacco Sunburst? I love this color. I would like to get an SL2H Mahogany and it is between TS and VBrown. The thing is, VB has alot of red in it, more than brown in a way and TS has alot of brownish coloring. Your thoughts on why TS isn`t a popular color or even rarely ordered? Jack.

I really like the TSB finish as well and like you I havent seen much of it. My next jackson <font color="red">WILL</font> be in TSB or BCSB (Burnt cherry sunburst) with the body binding as seen on the LE AT Pros ... I think its a "mature" look that would fit my wisdom better than a snakeskin or skulls for example [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I am think about doing a CS in that color with a quilted top.I like the graphics but might be a little to much for me.I really like this one very nice [img]/images/graemlins/drool2.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/drool2.gif[/img].I think that would look killer on a soloist with a highly figured quilt top.With this much of a edge.

I love my SLATQH in Tobacco SunBurst.

I have a Violin Brown SLATQH coming soon and I'm really hoping I'll like it because I've never seen it in person.

Once I get it I'll try to get some pics up.

Fritz, Aren't you getting that TBS SLATQH from Wild West to replace your damaged one?

How about you Tooling, is the Violin Brown a replacement for your damaged SLATQH?

Hey Jim ...The VB is the replacement for my damaged Trans Black one. I have to say that you definately helped me out sharing your experience with Jackson and the resolution, (or lack of), on your guitar...Has anything happened by the way?...I hope so and if not I hope something is resolved (in your best interest) soon. Matt definately has played his role as the dealer as good as anybody could expect....he called Jackson and asked if any were available. They came back saying they had a Tobacco Burst and a VB ready to ship...he snagged the VB for me...he definately didn't drop the ball on it. If anybody seriously wants an SLATQH in Tabacco Burst...give Matt or one of the other JCF dealers a call. When I was looking for pics of VB, it wasn't ten minutes after I posted that Scott from VWALL chimed in with some pics. for me....I'm glad I can be part of this Jackson loving community and hopefully have some valuable input or knowledge to offer. HuntinDoug, ShawnLutz....the list of helpful members goes on and on. I do have to get some pics of my SLS posted for VanOsbourne though....he really wanted to see some and even offered to host for me.....laziness I guess..he really digs the SLS's

One tidbit I forgot...in case nobody had noticed..the picture of an SLATQH in the Jackson catalog is listed as BCS...it is a misprint, it is actually TBS...FYI
