but there´s actually no rhoads production model with a non recessed floyd, is there? [img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img]

Interesting, old-style Gotoh tuners with the 90 degree mounting holes.......... something the F'ing Custom Shop told us we couldn't have after asking for them again and again and again on JCF02.

If you can find an early Rhoads with a Floyd, like somewhere around early 89 or before, it will be non-recessed.

I'm not aware of any USA Select-era Rhoads models with a non-recessed Floyd, and yes, to have that option you would have to order it from the custom shop.
