      I took the SL1 for a setup on Saturday, so I will post pics when I get it back this week.

      It definitely needed set up. It looks like it had been well-played (or maybe not so well-played) in the store. There was a even a tiny bit of oxidation on the hardware. But for $599, I'll live with it. [img]graemlins/band.gif[/img]

        I know of two good techs in the area, both in VA:

        Matt (or anyone else, apparently) at Action Music in Arlington. Every guitar I've played that's been set up there has been awesome.

        I do my own, now, but I used to use Chris at Fractured Frets - [email protected]. He does great work, a lot of it for the Fairfax GC.
