    My Christmas acquisition also arrived!

    Well mine actually got here a little earlier than Christmas but it was a present none the less. The Snow White DK1 is the Christmas guitar, the Cherry Burst DK1 I have had for awhile.

    cool!! i REALLY dig plain ol' white. [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]
    GEAR:

    some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!

    some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!

    and finally....

    i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!

                    Which do then? I always thought it was more a matter of what clear coat was used rather than the paint itself.

                        I'm not sure if any of Jackson's current white paints or clears will age like that.

                        I know my pure white 87-89 Jackson custom Dinky is as white as it was when it was first shipped.

                          Wow! Thank god we got into those discussion! Because the only reason I'd buy a snowwhite guitar would be to see it age into a sweet creamy aged white, which is the finest colour for a guitar, imnsho.

                            my 88' Alpine white paul did the whole aging thing and it was cool but I kinda missed it when it was pristine and white.
