Control cavity change...?

When, if ever did the control cavity shape change for San Dimas Badged guitars from the 4 sided trapeziod triangle of the original to the rounded trapezoid of the current?

Why I ask is that I am looking at a san dimas badged jackson with th newer rounded cover.

Any thoughts?

Kevin I have never seen a TRUE san dimas with the newer D type route. but have seen the smaller SD route used on Ontario made guitars to this day. its pretty safe to say if its a newer D type route its not SD made. the serial # of the guitar your looking at is over 1505 its not SanDimas
