Custom Shop Maple Bodies

Does anyone know if the custom shop charges more for a maple body, or even offers maples as a body? Maple is not listed in their custom shop generator but I figured they must offer that as a body.

Yea they charge more.
You get to choose how thick you want the Maple to be if you are talkng about Maple top body.
Or you can choose all Maple body.

I would imagine that if you check the Custom shop site and take around 35-40% of off list, that would do it. If maple is not listed, then I would expect the up charge for a simple maple body to be comparable to a non-fig mahagony. They should not nail you if you are just looking for the wood and paint will cover how it looks. If, on the otherhand, you are going a for a clear or translucent finish, then I would expect to pay more.

My 007 Soloist is all maple. I ordered it in 2002 and it was finished in 2004. I'm assuming they still offer it, I don't see why they wouldn't.
