They are all mahogony. We've been through this already - I think he was given some incorrect information by his dealer, but I could be wrong.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">they made some korina ones. My brother was given a choice between this mahogony and a korina..both natural finish. Korina is fugly wood though. I can't tell if tha tone is korina or not but I"d believe him. I saw teh korina one on E-bay too...it was ugly. but only because it was natural finish...with that ugly korina moldy look to it. I'll just make a real webpage for these guitars...that should work. and if it doesnt' I slit my wrists and light the blood on fire to appease the computer nerd gods that I've somehow managed piss off so much.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">FYI...I got confirmation from Tim at Jackson about the Korina (w/ trans black)...they only made a small number of Y2KV's in Korina and only a couple with the finish I got. Not that it matters but since I know people look here for information on all Jackson/Charvel guitars...me included...there it is...

Sorry I love my y2kv and just wanted to know if it was one of the last ones made. My bad. No one gave me a phone number and I couldnt find any number to call on the Jackson webpage so I still dont know. Sorry I like my guitar.

Well this might be a last resort for you destroyer but try Ed Roman. i know hes not very well liked but I just was on his page and he had a lot of USA Jacksons so check with him about a y2kv.

Jackson16, thnks for trying to help, but i would probably gnaw my own fingers off before ordering form ed roman. I am goin to see what the new jackson line has to offer when it is released (help me pray for string thru kellys and kvs). If not, i might get an slsmg or save my money for a custom.

by the way, did oyu ever post pics of your gmg Y2KV? if so, where at?

Geez sorry Newc I knew people didnt like him but I was just cruising the net and found his site and he hade USA Jackson pics. Ease up bro. I dont hate ED but from what Ive heard hes an a**. Man everytime I post someone seems to chew my head off for some reason. Destroyer just look around for used ones or try to find a local shop on the internet that might have one in stock before they were discontinued. I love mine and no I havent gotten pics yet but I dont have a digital camera but I have some pics on cd i took of me with it but Im not quite so sure on how to post them.

MAtt still has that gold Y2KV right? Don't you Matt? I've looked that a couple times.

I dont' like it, (no offense) but, if you want a Y2KV I would recommend that one. Cuz its the only I've seen as of late, anywhere. I would jump on that , before its too late destroyer.

Im pretty sure that one is sold. I remember looking on there and seeing it on the discontinued
list along with the RR2 and stuff. Im still saying search for used or a local shop that has an
internet site that might have one in stock somewhere.
