PC0008 has a new home....

Thanks to Brooks for hooking me up with Jason. This beautiful 1989 PC1 Archtop has a new home. I originally wanted to buy it to play it. But after re-stringing it and shining it up, I'm afraid to play it! It's in such pristine shape, I'd hate to have something happen to it. So, back in the case she goes. [img]images/icons/frown.gif[/img] I've really never seen such a beautiful red eerie dess finish. It really is a collector's piece rather than a player's instrument. Dang.........

Wow...I thought I was lucky getting my Players Choice PC Archtop a couple of weeks ago...but this blows it out of the water! In an odd kinda way I´m glad mine had gotten a ding already... that way I don´t have to be scared to death if it gets another one, and therefore it´s my new main player.

That thing cries out to be played! But if you don´t want to...hey, it´s your guitar after all [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

HOLY COW! Man, that guitar was not made to sit in a case!! Actually I don't believe any of our beloved Charvels and Jacksons were! They're players, let em' out! Burn the frets!

Good luck with her. I had that guitar for about 5 months, and hated to sell it back to Jason. I never played it either. But when funds are low, you gotta do what ya gotta do. I still have a few PC guitars up my sleeve though......

I'm not a big fan of the PC archtops, but that's pretty sweet!

Yes, J/C's are players. Of course, I doubt you'll want to practice your Pete Townshend windmill moves with it... [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
