K, u guys just knocked outta whack my whole understanding of the pro's and con's of a Floyd. I've never had a floyd on my guitars that sustained as well as the ones with the stop bat tailpieces. It's not a psychological thing either, the sustain is just nowhere as good on the Floyd. Then again, I never had a pro set it up and show me, I kinda fell into learning it by scratch. Ah well, no harm done. Live n learn
