Sup guys I was wondering if I could find some info out about a USA Jackson RR with gold pinstripes. The seriel number is UO9304, which I know means it was made between 2001 and 2002. My question is there is one in the gallery just like mine with gold hardware and it is listed as rare. The gold pinstriped one Metal Mike owns, and mine are the only other two I have ever seen. Thanks

I have the same guitar w/black hardware. Did you buy it new w/gold hardware? It's probably not original.

No, the dude I bought it from decked it out before he sold it...I still have the original parts to it. I want to deck it out like the one in the gallery.I would so snatch that up it if were 24 frets

I have a bk w gold pins RR1 with gold hardware but a black scratchplate: I'm pretty sure that it was changed over by the previous owner, but I must say it looks really good....Popular is not the same as good
Rare is not the same as valuable
Worth is what someone will pay, not what you want to get

I think it looks great just the way it is. The black knobs and black Floyd look fine. If anything, I'd maybe just change the tuners to gold and leave everything else alone. I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling.

Re: USA Jackson Rhoads Gold Pinstripes
I had a major hard-on for a rear routed black Rhoads with gold pinstripes. Came within a couple hundred dollars of credit limit of buying it.
If that one were mine, I'd finish blacking it out -- black pickup rings and scratch plate. I think it would make the pinstripes jump out and look way classier. This electric phase ain't no teenage craze -UFO
