hoss, $1500 is fair.. I have had a bunch offered to me in the $1800-2k range .
all serialized within the dot series and I've been passing over them.....usually case candy is gone and I dont care for recessed floyds anyway.
plus if I am gonna spend that for an ontario piece I'll hold out for a dimas round horn then pay big.
should you pass on it. gimme a shout I'd be interested at that $ clip....

I agree with John on the $1800-$2000 for the special run with floyds but historically all of the vintage trem ones have gone for less than the special run ones. If I remember correctly, the last vintage trem on ebay went for 2k+, but that was an oddball price.
