Serial Number Question

Here's one for you. I'm trying to figure out a year for a serial number stamped into the 22nd fret of a Rosewood neck with Jackson Made in USA (Made in USA is under the Jackson logo) 11562. Its got me quite frazzled.

'81 Bolt on Charvels went to 10095, but no other number comes close.

Is it real?
