Hello my dear friends at Jackson Forum,
Just wanted to share a dream that came true for me..
While I was at work the other day, I was doing surfing through the web and was browsing the usual stuff...CNN, Jackson forum, Megadeth website, Metallica website, Jackson guitar webs ite...and then I decided do some random search for pictures of Jackson King V guitars, and doubleneck guitars.
(You see, I have always WANTED to have a KV1 guitar AND a double neck KV guitar.)
Well, guess what should I stumble upon..?
I found out that a store in Tokyo HAD a '98 KV1 guitar on sale. And it was only 30 minutes from where I worked!
So I call them up and I found out the price. It was UNBELIEVABLE.
So to make the long story short, I TRADED my two(2) guitars(which I barely used) in order to get the KV1.
So I went home, got two guitars and rode the train for almost an hour and went to the shop
and exchanged it for a KV1.
It was a VERY steep price to pay, but I am very satisfied with it.
On my way home with the guitar, I wanted to scream out loud..."I have got a f*&^% KV1 guitar!!!!". It was a very exciting moment.
Went home and plugged it to my Marshall 15w amp,
(I have a very small apartment) and played until my fingers bled!
The KV1 is by far, the BEST guitar I have ever played!
Here is a link to some of the pics.
