FYI ......

The guy's who were in on 01 and were chosen for 02 unless banned would have 1st rights of refusal to continue with the series. ESPECIALLY the former admins.

The notion that because people sold off their 01's removes them from the series did not count simply because they were told all bets were off due to the circumstances. So ...as of right now if you had a # for the first series you would in fact have a number for this series if you so choose....

With that said please don't get anxious as nothing has recently been discussed with proceeding at this time. When and if that happens we will do everything we can to make sure the 1st 30 members know about this ...

That is totally fair and cool....I just wanted to inquire about the possibility and the opportunity to get in on the possible future JCF ventures, that is all I can really ask.

Plus, it will allow some of us later members a chance to get in on the fun/collectivity of these guitars.

I am definately in the running for this baby if it ever comes to be. I'll dump my cash on this puppy in a heartbeat.

Yep, it would take hell freezing over to get that project back on track. I agree with you Brett, I'd gladly pay a little more for some decent quality control. In fact, after we even agreed to the price increase, DFW hosed us and ruined the project.

If it does get resurected, it DEFINITELY!!! has to be Big Red....... we owe it to Robbin at the very least. Count me in.

As I remember it, the only stipulations about selling any JCF YCE was that, it be offered to the JCF first without the price being jacked up so one could profit off of it.

If it does come to fruition I think the Admins are right in that it should be Big Red. That was the plan at the time and Mr. Crosby deserves the respect.

And it makes sense to me that those who were lined up for JCF 02, should be able to still be in on the project. If they opt out then let the rest of us know. That is the most logical way to go about it, and I think that is what Sully is saying.

Well, I wanted in on 01....no room...then there was an available slot at least for that year....it was offered...but, I had just dumped $1800 on SCUBA gear about 2 weeks before..DAMN the luck.
Next, 02 came around.......someone gave up the spot.....I was offer and accepted.....I had the cash. Was dying for the RC King V. Then, circumstances arised and the project got nixxed.
While I am not real happy with Jackson/Charvel/FMIC due to the deal with OSG...I would still be interested in any Jackson/Charvel that had the signifigance such as 01 had and the 02 would have had.
Now if Jackson could just build a decent 7 string....hmmm....any one at HQ listening?-Lou

indeed, as kevin said, there is NOTHING on the horizon planned so far. we've discussed it a bunch of times, and so far, we haven't been able to get it going again. i'm sure it could happen, and if and when it does, we'll letcha know. for the time being, i wouldn't worry about trying to get in on something that doesn't exist.
