USA Dave Mustaine King V Question

I'm purchasing another Dave Mustaine signature King V, but I'm confused about the model. It has a UO serial number, Kahler stop tail, dual hums, ebony, D.M's signature and Made in USA printed on the headstock, and regular tuners. No pictures...I thought most DM's had LSR tuners? I know PCS DM's had regular tuners and Floyds.

What model is this thing???

I think it is okay. The 2000 catalog has them listed with regular tuners. I would be 99% sure it a KV1 if the S/N falls somewhere in the 1999-2001 range.
