USA Roswell case question

I thought someone around here once said that some of the Roswell cases had the serial number on a plate on the lid of the case [img]graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img]
Anyone know which number range that was?
Mine don't, but it's got the metal badge with the Jackson logo.
