• Semi-Hollow Body Jacksons?

I have a custom shop Limited Edition '88 that is fantastic. Now I'm in the market for a semi-hollow body electric (like a Gibson ES-335 or similar) and since I like Jacksons so much I'd prefer to get one made by them but I don't recall ever seeing any. A trip to the Jackson website told me they currently don't offer any, nor does the custom shop. So, before I give up on the Jackson semi-hollow body idea, does anybody know if the custom shop makes them (even though the order form doesn't have that option) or if they made them in the past? Thanks!

I don't think there were ever any 335 style guitars put into production, but....

There was a Japanese made gun metal grey 335 style prototype that was hanging in the back room in the Fort Worth facility where I worked. It is now owned by a local music store owner. I'll need to hit him up for pictures next time I'm up by his place and post them here.

Isn't Jackson's motto "If you can dream it, we can build it"? It may cost you a fortune, but I think you could order it.

nor: The Jazz'R is weirder than I thought it was. The sides and back are one piece of carved out spruce.

I knew it was carved - but spruce?
I did not know that. For some reason, I thought the top was spruce, and the back/sides mahog...
