I looked for an old thread but couldn't find one. How many were made and of each of the four colors. I have a blue ghost flame and was wondering how can I tell what number of the series I have?

Has anyone ever seen or found out what happened to the Orange Sherbert Shannon? I believe that might have been the prototype.
