Introducing my new toy: It's pretty bright and it's certainly not a shrinking violet! It's yellow gold pearl (hence my thread asking for pics) but it's more yellow than gold - more roadhazard than shoreline if you get my drift! Thanks again to Steve (Jacksonwolf) for sorting this one out for me and for these pics as I'm still in PC hell so can't sort them out for myself!

I love it!!! Definitly keep the black hardware. I'd even go for some fancy black pick-up covers (a la EMG) to hide the polepieces, and she would be PERFECT.

Thanks for the comments guts, and yep, the 80's are alive and well in my little corner of the UK! After the other thread, I figured Dave wouldn't be too sure, but I guess you can't please everyone [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] ! I like the black hardware, but do fancy a set of EMGs for it: mind you, the duncans sound great, so I don't know if I can justify replacing them...

Very nice! This color looks even better in person. I've got an SL1 in this color and it has a metallic sparkle to it that is tough to photograph. And as for the hardware, I say keep it all black - chrome just wouln't look right with this color.
