It's a custom shop Jackson, either a stratbody or Dinky. Made in Ontario with a leftover SD plate in the late 1980s.

Re: Need Help Defining what model Jackson I have
That looks pretty cool, yet odd at the same time. Unique paint job, though.Scott

How did you know it was a music store?
He's not the manager of MGR, but he does their Ebay sales.
I am good.
Here's a couple more pics.
Looks to me like a moded strat.
The locknut looks like it was off of a JT6.
That would suggest that the guitar originally had a JT6, or the neck doesn't go with the body.
The tuners are cheap ping junk.
I've never seen that paint job, but there's alot I haven't seen.
Cool guitar, none the less.

Am I the only one that hates this shit? "Hi. Please help me out with my Jackson...so I can immedately list it on ebay..." If you're going to come in here and ask this and that about a guitar, why not offer it for sale here first as a "thanks" for the info the JCF provides???
Personally I would not buy a guitar that looks like it has a sperm swimming across the face, but that's just me.

Need Help Defining what model Jackson I have
I have a Jackson guitar that I cannot quite figure out what it is, it has 2 covered (black) humbuckers, neck = jackson bridge = seymor duncan
Maple fretboard w/Dots, strat body, volume/3 way/tone in that order for knobs and switchs, pointed (down) headstock, Jackson in toothpaste logo, made in USA, san dimas neck plate, serial # 3447, paint job is a dark deep purple bottom fading up into a robin's egg blue, with black almost tiger stripes, more symetrical black paint blotch lines...
Floyd Rose Trem...
I have pics, is there anywhere on here to post them so that maybe someone can look at it and help me out?
Thanks in advance, Victor
