Cool! Peter, I hope you get your guitar back! (Do you have the paper trail?). I'd LOVE to find out how your guitar got to this store! (As I bet you do).

            RacerX,

Yup, I have all emails that document the trade. I guess if I can get it back for that price, I'd be doing good.

I spoke to the store manager and I got my guitar back. I told him the whole story and he was shocked. He said that he got the guitar in las week and the seller bought it from a public auction for $45. Well, I just sold the Ibanez that I was "traded" for it and I can't wait to get it back. I'll be down to 4 Jacksons - 2 US, 2 Japanese after selling my Tele, but I think this is a the beginning of a very good week.

I'll post pictures when I get it back.

              PSYCHED!!!!

              Peter

RacerX - Yup, I had to pay. His price was $550 shipped - no tax. I just sold my 3120 for $600, so I made money on the deal - kinda. It would have been nice if it was free or maybe $45. Oh well, it seems that neck thrus now outnumber my bolts.

Wow - this whole thread is pretty amazing! What are the chances of getting a lost guitar back? Very cool!
