Question about my USA KV-1

Hi Guys,

Just something I've noticed about my KV-1 Mustaine USA. Its is made in 1998 and is a natural (korina) finish. Seems like every pic I see of a korina KV-1, the headstock is finished in black with the white logo and signature. My KV has the head natural with the logo and "Dave Mustain" written in black. Id this unique in any way?? Does anyone else have one like this?

It must be special if it says "Dave Mustain" and not "Dave Mustaine". [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img] Sorry, I could not resist

definitely unique. The ones I've seen (and owned) were all black headstock. Would have loved to have one w/ matching headstock.

wow..that is a unique one. I have never seen a KV1 with matching head stock in Korina!

one last one...hope it works. Its beside my fist good guitar. My JSX-94, it's lasted over 10 years so far. My amp is a Triple X 212 which I plug into straight. On top is a old digitech legend I bought used. Still works but the foot controller is shot. Oh well...
