  • How's That For Advertising?

The July 2004 Guitar World has Zakk Wylde on the cover holding a Rhoads LTD. Pretty cool stuff. They should've gotten the whole headstock in the picture though.

metallibanger - I get a subscription to Guitar World and I already received the July issue. The Guitar World site hasn't been updated yet. I'll try to get the cover scanned a post it on here. I'm not sure how to do that so if someone could help, that would be cool. Also like Sandman said, the guitar is the centerfold.

Yeah - that is killer. There is also a review of the RR1 and RR1T in the issue, with a positive write up.

Y'know, of all the folks that have an LTD (which isn't really that mnay), I'm glad that Zakk ended up with one. Zakk playing a Rhoads just seems.....right, especially a Rhoads design that is as close to the original you can get.

it's not an ltd, mike made it special for him. it's also ever so slightly different from the ltds and the run of 7 he did as well.

sully - What are those slight differences compared to the LTD that you're referring to?

                          Re: How\'s That For Advertising?

You what sucks -- not only is the headstock cropped out of the cover, but there is a Jackson picture in the centerfold with its headstock also cropped off.

WTF. is there some sort of conspiracy to not have Jackson pictures published or what...

That's probably the technique used to keep Zakk out of hot water with Gibson.
