I don't have a glow-in-the-dark guitar, but my best guess for photographing one in the dark would be to mount the camera on a tripod, deactivate the flash, [obviously] turn off the lights, and take a long exposure shot with quick shutter speed. The exposure and shutter speed (F-stop?) are manual features that can be set on SOME midrange digital cameras.

My camera has a tiny lens and absolutely SUCKS for low-light shots so a tripod is a MUST for those sorts of applications (like photographing live bands and night photography).

Phil collen is using his Bela Ligosi (sp?) Soloist on the current tour. It has a glow in the dark paint job from 20 years ago. It still glows like a mother! I couldn't believe it.

All you guys and gals with cool pics of your Jackson and Charvel axes, get them ready. Soon I'm going to be asking for some to post on the Jackson site with a bio about you and your guitars. Should be interesting!
