Hello everybody.

I've already made a couple of posts, but maybe I should introduce myself a bit.
I'm Joost, 32, from Belgium.
I've been a hardrock/metal fan since 1983 and I've played the guitar since 1986.
I currently have three USA Select Jacksons (2 SL2Hs, 1 RR1T) along with two Les Pauls and a Carvin.
I play in two bands : Crusader (heavy metal in the Manowar, Pegazus,... style) and Monster Joe (Thin Lizzy goes southern rock with an 80s LA vibe kinda thing)
I got turned on to Jackson guitars in the second half of the eighties when I saw all the great US rock/metal bands play them.
I owned an Ontario Dinky in Blue Crackle, but, in the folly of youth, I sold it!
I only got my USA Selects over the last year, because Belgium is a wasteland for gear. If you don't want Ibanez or Fender, you're screwed.

Thanks for the tip, but I think I'll save myself the trouble of shipping a guitar from the States.

For Crusader, we're looking for US distribution for our second CD, in Europe it should be available through Suburban.

By the way, I'm from the north of France, and I'll move within two weeks in the center of the country. I can tell you that I'll miss the proximity with Belgium : less expensive fuel, less expensive and absolutely best beer in the world [img]graemlins/drool2.gif[/img] , and principally the niceness of the Belgium people [img]graemlins/notworthy.gif[/img] .

Yeah, playing in a band is fun, but frustrating as hell sometimes.
As long as the good times outweigh the bad, it's a blast!
With Crusader, we're currently working on songs for the third CD, and gigging as much as we can.
With Monster Joe we're preparing to record three songs in the quest for a deal and more live action [img]graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]
