Typical Custom Shop waits are around 12 months give or take...a select series KV2 will be whenever they make the next KV2 batch...so 3-6 sounds close.

It all depends on when they're making the next batch of that particular style and if they are all spoken for by other dealers at the time...then it may take longer. There are a few variables, but typically it doesn't take that long...

Waits for USA Selects are typically the 6 to 12 months mentioned. Depending on the model and where the custom shop is in building batches/models, you might get lucky and get less than that. But I wouldn't count on it.

Custom shop orders are typically longer. You can pretty much assume a year or more for them. The last custom I receiveed took just about a year. I'm into month 8 or for another, with nothing on the immediate horizon. ...And I'm into month 5 or so for a USA Standard Charvel, which have about the same build times as USA Select Jacksons.

Oh yes, Scott. You will probably get it before then, knowing Scott's pull at the factory [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] I'm serious though. He has some pretty good luck getting guitars at the prescribed estimates.
