even if this is the case (I only have a Kelly custom mutt).. a reposition of the strap lock can do miracles..

euh.. I use my Dremel tool with a very tiny dril bit, and then turn the strap lock screw gently in.. ok, it's a hole, but a clean and tiny one.

Buying a leather strap helps a lot too.

Leather strap is a must with a Kelly. My KE1 does the dive.

Yeah they do a little bit of a neck dive. I got used to it. I can't stand leather straps though. They get caught on my shirt and that annoys me a lot.

strange. the strap button should be at the neck join. having said that, i have a wrmg and the balance is ok yet the pin is at the upper bevel next to the neck. there's a bit of tension but not enough to cause neck dive. oh well, i won't get myself a ke3 then.

You can also put the strap over the front of the body... fixes the nose dive AND the body doesn't lean forward anymore.

I like the way the body leans forward. It's better for my left wrist.
