Wow, that's crazy. I remember visiting this site when I was dreaming of owning a Jackson some day, and now they aren't carrying them anymore.

Has the 'new' Jackson changed that much? Are the same people making the guitars?

If there's a link somewhere to news/discussion of the Fender-buyout, could someone please host it or PM it to me?

well, the "new Jackson" isnt all that different to the consumer, but the company model is now in the way of Fender, so Lloyd didnt like it

no, its just an upper management/corperate model change that we should never even know about. Fender is just a huge company and its thier way or eff off... and the fender way is not the same as the Jackson way. and that means change, and most people dont like change...
