I finally got around to taking a few new( actually some are a few months old) aquistions outside.
Here's the brand new PC-1 strat headstock. There has been a lot of talk about rootbeer finishes being too similar to redrum. This example is not the case at all. It really is a carmel brown color. It's hard to get pics of it.
Here's the TBS SLATQH that is up for trade in the classifieds. One of the nicest tops on an SLATQH I've owned. I installed a custom in the bridge and a pearly gates in the neck.
The infamous dragon! I had to make a few mods to make it mine. I added a Dimarzio Super 3 and retrofitted an OFR (thanks Chris!) I had to machine the ends of the block screws down about .150" so that they would fit into the smaller Schaller route.
And last but not least, the violin brown SLATQH I just bought from Tooling (thanks again!) This has the best neck profile of all the SLATQHs I've owned. Not too thick, not too thin.
