• Compare the RR1 to the XTRR

Can anyone put a pic of these guitars next to each other? I'd like to see them side by side to compare them. I had a Rhoads RR1 but that wing was so long I kept bumping it on everything but I'm wondering if the shorter wing on the xtrr makes it look odd. If I could see them together I could make a better judgement. Thanks guys and Happy Thanksgiving !

Interesting comparison, Jani. I didn't realise there was so much variation between the different Rhoads.

Is the Chris Holmes considered a Shortwing? Jani, you need to get a shortwing to compare!

The Holmes shape is totally unique. Chris designed it himself by using all the best technical equipment and knowledge available at the time - Pen and Vodka probably. Here is the original doc:

And quickly bought an LTD and PCS Rhoads as requested...

Just kidding - the last drawing is from Peter!

A local friend has one LTD RR. Great guitars but I can't justify the prices.

Is that upper drawing really from Chris?

Thanks for the pics. I still like the Rhoads rr1 better but that long wing is a pain. Do you know if the warrior is just as long?
