OFR locking nut

OFR locking nut

Right guys & gals on any of the USA select series jacksons how does the locking nut secure to the neck? Is it the two screws from the top or is it with the two bolts that screw in from the underneath. Asking because the OFR locking nut ive just got only has the two bolts, theres no way of using the screws off the old nut as the threads on the nut are too wide & it slides side to side. Oh & the new nut is going on a DMXG Neck.
