    I believe the differnce is that the SL2H has inlays and binding. I think the SL2 was a cheaper version, which is no longer in production, but Im not an expert.

      sl2h has an OFR, duncan pickups, binding, and fins.

      the sl2 has a jt580lp bridge, armstrong pickups, no inlays, and i think black or no binding.
      GEAR:

      some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!

      some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!

      and finally....

      i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!

          I believe some of the later sl2's had the sharkfins but not mop. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
