Beautiful guitar.
I personaly prefer the Au Natural... I own A PC1 and a PC3 in the Au Natural finish and it's perfect.
It's also the only finish that is satin and not gloss.
Beautiful! I haven't seen the new chlorines, but older ones I've seen in photos on this forum (I think) look fantastic. Congrats on this one - let us know when (not IF - I know what GAS is like) you get the other!
I've decided on Au Natural. I've seen Chlorine and Root Beer and didn't really like either of them. Redrum doesn't do it for me. I think I'm really partial to the colors that show off the quilt top. I've only seen a couple Natural PC1's and they all had amazing tops. I would assume they use the best tops for the clear finish. I also assume they have to because they can't hide behind the stain with a natural top. I Unfortunately, I have to retract an earlier statement I made about ordering a new guitar. I ordered it today.

I just just had a sudden urge to sugga dick..! If I wore that guitar and didn't suck male genitalia..somethin' is very wrong! - Bill Z.
If you don't mind my asking, how much do these run? I'm looking at one as a trade, and I have no idea how much they cost, or how much they cost when they first came out, or how much an older one would be worth, etc. The one I'm looking at is from the first run of PC1's (maple on Koa) I believe, are they rare? Could someone PM me if posting a range is a no go?
Thanks!
PC1 fingerboards are flame maple. I think most are unless they're maybe some customs out there..I've never seen a quilted fingerboard.
I've got a PC1 in Euphoria that's my number one and they are PHENOMENAL instruments!
