The seller tell that was a limited edition, it's basically an SL1 with jt-6 bridge, rosewood fingerboard with dots inlays, 3 mini-swicth,mid-boost,volume and tone
What kind of model could be?
i don't think is a charvel model 5, it has the serial number on fretboard,(i think that the model 5 is h/h, this is h/s/s), i can send pics on email if you want
Could be a Student, didn't think of that before. Were there any dotted Shannons? I wouldn't think so.
Could also be a Soloist Standard Pro. What's the full serial number?
I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood

sorry i can't read from the photos the full serial number, on the headstock there is made in usa, probably it is a student...he wants 2000 euros(2500$ for this), he think that he got an holy grail...°_°!
Like Accept2 said, Soloist Student. Probably from '87 or '88 since it has a JT-6 & 3 mini switches. Cool guitars, but not worth anywhere near that, even in Europe.
There were NO USA models made in a batch of xxx/400 except for maybe the Grover Jackson numbered bolt ons... I think that's even a high number for that too...
The 2nd Amendment: America's Original Homeland Defense.
I still think it's a Soloist Student (3 mini toggles & JT-6 date it to before Japan production), & the 400 figure is just some BS the dealer came up with to justify his ridiculous price. Heck, it's possible that they only did make that many of them since most people probably wanted ebony & sharkies. J does not = MIJ. Check the serials on Soloists in the gallery.
