USA Soloist with rosewood board?

    USA Soloist with rosewood board?

    I saw one on Ebay last summer, SL1, bound board with sharkfin inlays but the board was rosewood not ebony.
    3 mini toggles so I'm guessing it was mid to late 80's.
    Anyone have any pictures of one like this?
    I know the imports have rosewood boards but this one was a USA and it wasn't a student. The serial # matched on the jackson site (but I don't remember the specifics).

    jackson was a custom shop...when you ordered a guitar you told them what to make...i am sure there is more than one rosewood soloist floating out there...d.m.

      *nods* They didn't have set model specifications at that time, so you can't really call it an "SL-1".
