That is "Simply" awsome bro!! I also love the 24.75 scale, but can play them all. I went with the 25.5 scale on my CS Soloist(still being made) but the next one will be 24.75 or 25 scale. Congrats-Jack.

Dunno about this guitar specifically but korina typically sounds identical to mahogany in my opinion. I actually think it might be a better body wood for solid finishes because its lighter. I've never played white korina so I don't know if the sound varies from black korina.

I'm considering a short scale custom for my next Jackson, but in the meantime I need to find a import short scale and play the hell out of it and see its enough of a difference to matter. Like a uh, 750xl [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
