• Pricing Online?

Anyone else notice that Wild West Guitars has pricing listed lower than MSRP? I didn't think that was allowed.

I think this may be MAP: Minimum Advertised Price. Dealers can sell below that price, but can't advertise any lower.

They must have just made a change on the site because yesterday they had the two NAMM PC1's with a list price under $2,999. I was curious about that too.

I thought MAP was 25% off MSRP? Those prices are lower than 25%.

unfortunately in the uk, the actual retail price is well ABOVE the msrp. i ordered a jcc917 case which the msrp worked out 109 pounds. i ended up paying 175 only because i refused to pay the previous uk rrp of 199.

Yes, and all dealers are supposed to conform to MAP for pretty much all brands they carry.
It makes it fair to everyone, tho the dealer can sell the item at any cost they want to...
Just not advertise it lower...
