    Soloist San Dimas.....

    Hi guys,

    Could anyone give me a rough price for a '86 Jackson Soloist Custom (San Dimas), Black, Kahler, 1 HB + 2 Single pickups.

    I'll take a picture of her (yes, it's a female) and post here later.

    I've found this guitar here in the UK and I don't know the value of a guitar like this. I know it's quite rare, but not sure how rare. I just want to pay a fair price for the guitar....

    If anyone can advise me on that, I'll be grateful.

    There was a 86 Blue Soloist custom with similar specs like Kahler, SSH pickups that ended yesterday on Ebay for around $850 or so.
    Not sure how much that would be in UK but I can imagine it would be more expensive in UK so lets' say $1000-1200 USD?

      Well i found one in Denmark Street in London for £799. It was in pretty good condition with EMG's and Kahler.

        I paid £720 for a 1985 with a factory floyd. I wouldn't pay any more than 800 quid if it's in really good condition, but then I'm not a massive fan of Kahlers.....

          Is that one still available its black with two humbuckers. Could you PM me the info also I might need help getting it as I am in the USA, thanks.

            Thanks guys.... I would post a picture, but I'm unable to do so, I'm useless on computers..

            Any other opinion would be great.

              No sorry mate it's gone. I saw it for sale about 2 months ago. Then the last time i went there (last week) it wasn't there anymore.

                That's the price the guy wants for his Jackson (maybe he read this Thread). Unfortunately, I'll have to pass the opportunity..... not enough cash.
