Serial number help

What would a 4-digit serial number starting with a 2 indicate? No letter prefix. (King V) I looked on the Jackson site, but I didn't see it.

From the serial number chart, I would guess 86-87. Someone probably forgot to stamp the letter J before the serial number.

Also, post some pics. They'd help a bit too.

Does someone know when Jackson will update the newest serialnumbers to their site?

you can call the number on the website and talk to a real person who can give you all details of your guitar.

Uh uh. Better to check here. When you call the number, you're speaking to a Fender employee. Judging from the horrible misinformation others have reported receiving from that phone number, Fender employees know as much about Jacksons as a pig knows about the Lord's plan for salvation [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
