I read that this headstock logo may make it a 1989 model? USA too?

Going to need a body for it now and might get Slash to make one for me :-)

What's the best way to clean this up? I'm getting a nice new Mojo body for it now.

I can tell you exactly what it came off of. A 1989 Dinky 24, two hums, and red dragon graphic finish. Someone screwed the body up with a wire wheel trying to strip the graphic off. I did a quick refin on the body and stuck a Fusion neck on it and saved that one for a project, but ended up selling it. You need to get a body made to accomodate the extra length built into that neck. Essentially what you need is a dead on accurate Soloist speced body made with a neck pocket. A standard 22 fret body will not work as it will never intonate correctly.

Thanks Jim, I never thought I'd get that much info let alone a pic of it and the body.
