I traded a Schecter korean C/SH-1 for this guitar. Stratocaster Bolt-On neck. San-Dima's neck plate with a reverse bound headstock marked made in U.S.A. and a bound neck. Dot inlays, Brazilian fretboard with jubo frets. Floyd Rose, SSH configuration, 5-way switch with 1-Volume control. The Color is written on the inside of the Trem. cavity as Burgandy Mist with a # 3034. The # that appears on the San-Dima's neck plate is 6483. I would like to know anything you could tell me about this guitar. Year, Value etc etc. The guitar really plays great, like butter, the neck and fret job is amazing. It has a very good tone in all positions. In great shape exept one small chip on the back of the axe by the strap button. Information is very hard to obtain on these guitars. I will post photo's as soon as I figure whats wrong with my Jave Script? Worked fine yesterday, today I can't get a picture uploaded? Anyway thanks guys. I been playing forever Gibsons, Fenders and Hamers through Blackface and Silverface Fender Amps. This is my first Jackson. Just was pretty taken back by its action, feel, and tone! May be something new to get into! As I said I'm new here and to Jacksons but not playing etc etc. Thanks Gary T.

Great score for sure.If you would weigh the guitar, if its around 8 lbs it is probably poplar if it is around 10 lbs it could be maple. The San Dimas neck plate was used 87-89 but the guitars were made in Ontario Cal.All Jacksons of this time period were custom made because they had no production line guitars until around 90.
+1 on the work order number and serial number.Post pics as soon as you can thats a big help in documenting as many of these guitars as we can, pics of the front and back and of the neck pocket and neck heel are very helpful.Last edited by straycat; 05-06-2006, 03:16 PM.Really? well screw Mark Twain.

Bwahahahaha! I used to have a stock phrase for newbies rushing in here with info requests on their Jacksons! It was "See you in the Classifieds!"
Now I guess I say "See you on eBay!""Quiet, numbskulls, I'm broadcasting!" -Moe Howard, "Micro-Phonies" (1945)
